Luffy Reaches His Peak
In the fight against Kaido, Luffy had to rely on a bit of luck. When things were finally looking good for the young rookie, a CP0 agent intervened and distracted Luffy, allowing Kaido to land a free hit. The strike should have been enough to win the fight, but fate had other plans.
When he was at his lowest, Luffy’s Devil Fruit awakened and rose again to confront the Emperor. He dubbed his new power Gear 5 and used it to end Kaido’s reign once and for all.

Sanji Says He Wants To Return To Sunny
The Whole Cake Island arc was focused on Luffy’s efforts to rescue Sanji from Big Mom’s territory. On paper, it seemed an easy task, but Sanji’s family complicated things. Sanji refused Luffy’s initial approach, but after learning the truth about Pudding, he was devastated.
He went outside and began to roam around until he met Luffy. Sanji was overwhelmed by his captain’s condition, and he broke down. Shortly afterward, he confessed his desire to return to the Thousand Sunny.

Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem, but Bartholomew Kuma was present on the island, and he was ordered to kill Luffy. Zoro and Sanji both came forward. Zoro didn’t want Sanji to take all the pain, so he knocked out the cook, after which he put his arms inside the bubble. When Sanji came to his senses, he was shocked to see Zoro covered in blood. So Sanji asked him about his state, to which the latter replied, “Nothing happened.” This moment solidified Zoro’s status as one of the coolest anime characters.

Vivi joined the Straw Hats as they decided to take down Crocodile together. After a lot of hard work, they were successful in achieving their goal. Everyone assumed that Vivi would stay with the crew, especially after the experiences they had.

In Yamato’s flashback, she met Ace. After their initial fight, the two got talking, and it was during this time that Ace revealed Luffy’s dream to Yamato, who was shocked as it overlapped with Roger’s dream. It was a truly momentous occasion.

Luffy is always ready to help his crew members in any situation, even when they break his trust. Something similar happened in the Arlong Park arc, where Nami left the crew to help her fellow villagers.
Initially, Nami refused any help, but seeing the affection of her crew mates changed her mind. She stabbed the tattoo on her arm because of her hatred for Arlong. Ultimately, Luffy stopped her, placed his Straw Hat on her head, and marched to Arlong Park.

Trafalgar Law’s backstory was revealed in the Dressrosa arc, and it is safe to say that it was extremely emotional. Law was heading down a path of destruction because he knew that death was inevitable. However, Corazon took him away and explored every single option to make Law better.
When no medicine worked, Corazon decided to steal the Ope Ope no Mi. He put himself at risk but stole the item. He fed it to Law, as he knew that his fate was sealed. Before dying, Corazon used his Devil Fruit to block all the noise and told Law that he loved him. Sadly, Law did not know that his beloved guardian would die.

The Ship Burns Down
The Going Merry was the first ship that the Straw Hats sailed on. It was a gift from Kaya to Usopp and his crew. The Straw Hats traveled far and wide in the Going Merry, but in the Water 7 arc, it was revealed that the ship would not be able to continue.
The crew was devastated, but they had no option but to accept the outcome. But there was one final twist to the tale. When they were stuck in Enies Lobby, Going Merry came out of nowhere to rescue them. After escorting them to safety, the crew had to leave as the ship had reached its end.
